At the heart of our work is a passion and drive to redress health inequalities to enable all people from Black, Brown and Global Majority communities to enjoy positive sexual and mental health and well-being, rooted in the belief that health inequalities are social justice and human rights issues.
Our work is available in multiple languages and works across four key areas:

Healthwatch Hammersmith and Fulham is your local champion for health and social care. We ensure that leaders in the National Health Service (NHS) and other decision-makers hear your voice and use your feedback to enhance care.

An Independent Health Complaints Advocate (IHCA) supports people to complain about the treatment or care that, they, or a friend or family member have received from an NHS service. An advocate can offer varying levels of support and will help navigate you through the complaints process.
