H&F Community Compass is a site dedicated to helping Hammersmith. In Autumn 2022, Hammersmith & Fulham Council established a Cost-of-Living Alliance with local voluntary and community sector organisations to tackle financial hardship among residents. Promoting early intervention, the aim is to simplify access to advice and information about support services by:

Establishing a community-led digital directory of services
Sharing reliable and accurate information
Providing accessible, visually engaging, and easy-to-use content
Offering a free information resource for local communities

Led by community groups and residents, H&F Community Compass is a co-produced initiative ensuring an inclusive approach. The platform brings together a comprehensive range of services, working closely with voluntary organisations and public sector partners to provide residents with easy access to local help in one digital space.
