What is Community Compass?
Community Compass is Hammersmith & Fulham Council’s new online home for the borough’s resident focused voluntary and community sector organisations. It's our new one stop shop for H&F residents looking for support and guidance from voluntary and community sector organisations.
The online database is easy to use and can list everything residents need to know about your organisation, including your services and prices, CQC rating, events, address, contact details, website and social media accounts.
The website has been built to be a resident’s first point of research when looking for a new local service for themselves, family or neighbours.
Working with our partners from across the voluntary and community sector, H&F responded to their requests to establish a digital space and community resource. Sharing accurate and reliable information that is accessible and engaging for residents is the key aim.
How to get your organisation involved?
It’s really easy to register your organisation on Community Compass. Simply click on the “Get involved” tab and follow the steps.
Once you’ve registered, don’t forget to list your services to develop your offer, create engaging content for residents and boost your presence on the platform.
The website is also a great way to show evidence of your community engagement and credentials – imperative when applying to local grants and funding opportunities.
If you’d like more support with registering and uploading your services email [email protected] for information on upcoming training sessions.
