About our services:

  • 1-to-1 Person-Centred Counselling: up to 18 weekly, 50-minute, one-to-one sessions per client with a professional counsellor, trained to understand the specific dynamics and issues associated with domestic abuse.

  • ** Therapeutic Support Groups**: eight weekly sessions of two hours, facilitated by a counsellor, where women share their experiences with other women, support each other in their recovery and reduce their isolation.

  • ** Self-Development Workshops**: one-day sessions to help women with the practical and emotional impact from domestic abuse supporting them to learn the skills and strategies to cope and move forward.

As our counsellors are specialists in domestic abuse, they have an excellent understanding of how domestic abuse can manifest and of the resulting trauma and other mental health impacts. Our counsellors provide a safe, client-led, non-judgmental environment for honest self-exploration and to help women process their trauma and start to rebuild their lives.
