Low-Cost Counselling

We're delighted to offer our Low-Cost Counselling Service, expanding access to longer-term therapeutic support for people who may not be eligible for NHS-funded counselling or who are unable to afford private therapy.

Our service is based in Hammersmith and is ideal for people who live or work in West London and can attend in-person sessions.

To support this service, we've welcomed trainee counsellors who are undertaking their clinical placements with WLCC. Every counsellor is fully supervised by our experienced clinical team, ensuring safe, high-quality care.

The service includes:

  • In-person counselling from £30 per session

  • Longer-term therapy tailored to individual needs

  • Support for a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, bereavement, work-related stress and life changes

  • Counselling provided by trainee counsellors under the supervision of qualified clinicians

This service reflects WLCC's ongoing commitment to making counselling more accessible and removing barriers to mental health support across our community.
