H&F Law Centre provides independent legal advice and representation in immigration & asylum, housing and employment law.
What is this service?
This project is a collaboration between three Law Centres and three City law firms with the aim of providing ongoing legal support to individuals with tenancy deposit recovery claims. Who is eligible?
- Individuals who have problems
with a formerlandlord who has not returned some or all of their deposit.
- Individualswho have moved out
of the former landlord’s property or intend to leave the
property shortly.
- Wemight not be able to help
individuals with complex claims
(eg where other issues or claims
exist against the landlord, such
as disrepair claims).
- We cannot help students in
universityhalls of residence.
