H&F Law Centre provides independent legal advice and representation in immigration & asylum, housing and employment law.
A new project at H&F Law Centre to help people with getting their tenancy deposits back from the landlord.
Page last updated

This project is a collaboration between three Law Centres and three City law firms with the aim of providing ongoing legal support to individuals with tenancy deposit recovery claims.
Who is eligible?
Individuals who have problems with a former landlord who has not returned some or all of their deposit.
Individuals who have moved out of the former landlord’s property or intend to leave the property shortly.
We might not be able to help individuals with complex claims (eg where other issues or claims exist against the landlord, such as disrepair claims).
We cannot help students in university halls of residence.
The best way to make a referral into this project is to contact H&FLC Reception either by phone: 020 3880 1727, email: [email protected] or in person.
We are located on the 1st floor of Hammersmith Library. You should enter through the main public doors of the library, cross the floor and the lift can be found on the left. Press 1 and you will be taken to our reception area.
