About the session

Minds United Sports Club CIC delivers an inclusive PAN-Disability Football session for adults aged 18+ with physical disabilities, learning disabilities, autism, mental health challenges, acquired brain injuries, sensory impairments and long-term health conditions.

Our weekly sessions provide a welcoming, safe and supportive environment where everyone can enjoy football regardless of experience or ability. Whether you are completely new to the game or have played for many years, our qualified coaches adapt activities so that everyone can participate at their own pace.

The focus is on enjoyment, inclusion, confidence building and improving physical and mental wellbeing through regular sport.

  • Small-sided games.

Sessions are structured but relaxed, with plenty of encouragement from our experienced coaching team.
