The company’s activities provide benefit to the local community with regards to providing life coaching, mentoring and personal development/mental health workshops to those disadvantaged aged 7-25 years old.
Through 1-2-1 weekly coaching sessions young people will become empowered to take ownerships of their lives thus enabling them to set goals that help them thrive. Young people will be provided with tools and strategies that support them to have better mental health thus reducing anxiety and depression whilst promoting healthier lifestyle choices.
The CIC will deliver 6 week personal development and mental health workshops in schools, PRU, colleges and other educational settings to disadvantaged young people so that they can raise their self-awareness, confidence and selfesteem whilst improving attendance, punctuality and behaviour levels.
Through an holistic approach the programmes teach young people how to become more assertive, empathetic and emotionally intelligent.
We empower young, disadvantaged individuals to overcome hurdles, redefine their potential, and achieve success. Through mentorship, workshops, inspiration, and opportunity, we help them rise above challenges and reach new height because we believe greatness is a skill that can be taught and nurtured.
We envision a world where every young person no matter their background has the confidence, opportunities, and support to break barriers and achieve their full potential. We strive to create a future where ambition knows no limits, success is accessible to all, and young people are empowered to rise above circumstances and redefine what’s possible.
