Move it Mondays (Juniors), is a vibrant dance programme for Disabled & Learning Disabled children aged 5-10 years, led by DanceWest and their welcoming team of dance teachers.
In these creative & engaging classes, children will boost their physical confidence, learn fantastic dance routines and build lasting friendship.
Classes are free but must be booked in advance.
Join DanceWest every Monday at the Lyric Dance Studio and embark on an exciting dance journey that celebrates individuality, creativity, and inclusivity.

Urban Therapy is for young people age 12-25 involved with or at risk of serious youth violence. Young people are allocated an outreach worker for a long period of time, who will meet them where they are - in cafe's, parks, and in the community to build resilience, and emotional wellbeing.
