Citizen Advice Hammersmith and Fulham (CAHF) is an independent charity that provides information, education and advice services to help people resolve problems. CAHF is part of a national network of over 300 individual charities that deliver advice across England & Wales overseen by a national framework provided by Citizens Advice.
CAHF is one of the busiest local Citizens Advice services in London, based in Avonmore Library and Neighbourhood Centre from where we deliver the Library Service through our dedicated team of volunteers as well as traditional advice services. Our Information and Advice service supports older people in Hammersmith and Fulham to access their full benefits entitlement, assists with housing, care, pensions, and other social welfare issues. The team hold face-to-face appointments at our Activity Centre as well as support over the phone

We offer free, face-to-face support for people in financial difficulty, including debt advice, budget coaching, money education, and benefits support.
