What is this service?

Our IAG service has seen great demand for long-term support related to debt and the cost-of-living crisis. We have increased our provision to accommodate people transitioning from health benefits to UC or employment and needing additional wrap-around support, and more frequent, longer one-to-one sessions. The team are dealing with increasingly complex situations, with clients facing significant housing and debt issues. We provided advice and hands-on support with budgeting, navigating UC, advocating for clients with utility providers, and securing small grant applications. Data for Winter and Spring 2024/25:

  • 1,312 IAG attendances
