A training and consultancy service for frontline practitioners teaching how to understand and respond to young people through the lens of shame informed practice. This is for social workers, teachers, police, healthcare workers and anyone working directly with young people.

Urban Therapy is for young people age 12-25 involved with or at risk of serious youth violence. Young people are allocated an outreach worker for a long period of time, who will meet them where they are - in cafe's, parks, and in the community to build resilience, and emotional wellbeing.
