Individuals may apply themselves or a referral agency may apply on behalf of an indivdual for a grant. If agreed, items are suppled directly from our suppliers.
Individuals will need to provide proof that they live in the Fulham area (a map defining our area of benefit can be found on the website) and also proof of any benefits that they recieve.
All applications need to be submitted online through our easy to use aplication forms found on our website. The Grants committee meets 10 times a year.
