All residents are welcome! Anyone can visit a family hub, including parents, prospective parents, carers, young people, family members and other residents.
Our vision is for every child, young person, individual and family to be happy, healthy and to have the opportunity to thrive. We aim to make this possible through an effective and compassionate community network.
Family Hub Old Oak Community Centre is a community centre with a family hub and children's centre in the Old Oak area.
Family Hub Tudor Rose Community Centre is a community centre with a family hub and children’s centre in Fulham.
Family Hub Stephen Wiltshire Centre is a specialist centre in Fulham for children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) and their families, who live in Hammersmith & Fulham.
