One-year pilot project with Hammersmith and Fulham Foodbank and Citizen Advice Hammersmith and Fulham
Focused on early intervention to prevent residents who have long term health conditions or disabilities from reaching crisis. The project is designed to give your organisation the tools to proactively support clients.

They provide pre-recorded training on the core issues that lead to destitution, such as benefits, debt, housing, and mental health support, helping you have more meaningful, preventative conversations with clients

In addition to the training, a dedicated support worker is also available to assist vulnerable clients referred by your organisation, connecting them to local services and offering hand-holding support to ensure they can access and benefit from the help offered
