The prize draw is now over. The four winners will be notified shortly.
This prize draw is being delivered in partnership with Hammersmith United Charities and Dr Edwards & Bishop King's Fulham Charity.
How to enter
This free prize draw is for organisations that are eligible providers on H&F Community Compass in delivering services for residents in Hammersmith & Fulham.
This includes voluntary and community sector services, some commercial services and home care agencies. Please see the terms and conditions page to find eligibility criteria information for organisations and services.
To enter the prize draw, you need to complete two steps for your organisation by end of day Monday 17 November:
STEP 1. Register your organisation on H&F Community Compass
STEP 2. Add at least one of your services to the online directory

Log in via the Members area (in the footer at the bottom of this website)

Click Go to services > Add service, then follow the prompts adding information about your service offer to residents.
Tip – you can add the basic details of the service and submit. You can always go back at another time to add elements such as photos and testimonials to visually enrich your service entry.
Your listing will appear on the website within 24–48 hours.
As long as your service is submitted by Monday 17 November, your organisation will be eligible for the prize draw—even if it takes 24 to 48 hours for your service to appear on the website.

The prize draw
Organisation eligibility:
Your organisation must be an eligible provider as stated in “Provider Conditions” on H&F Community Compass in delivering services for residents in Hammersmith & Fulham.
The draw is not open to individuals or residents, please refer to the provider terms and conditions on H&F Community Compass.
If you have already registered your organisation and uploaded at least one service offer on H&F Compass, you will automatically be entered into the draw.
If your organisation wins the prize draw:
To accept the prize, your organisation must have a bank account in the organisation’s name (it cannot be paid into a personal bank account). All payments will be processed via a direct payment into the organisation’s account.
Draw process
Each eligible organisation with a service added to the website will be placed into the draw once
There are four chances to win a cash prize (four prizes will be drawn):

1st £500

2nd £250

3rd £150

4th £100
While four prizes will be drawn, an organisation can only win once (all four prize amounts will be awarded to different organisations)
Timing
The draw is scheduled for Wednesday 19 November and will take place at Hammersmith & Fulham’s Cost of Living conference. Your organisation does not need to attend the conference to be entered in the draw.
The four winning organisations will be notified by Thursday 20 November and will be contacted by H&F Council via the contact details provided by the organisation on the H&F Compass website.
The name of the four winning organisations will be stated on the H&F Compass website.
In entering the draw organisations may be invited to participate in communication and engagement activities such as but not limited to newsletters and photographs relating to HFCC. If you prefer not to enter the draw, please email [email protected] stating in the subject line “prize draw withdrawal”.
The outcome of the draw will be final, no alternatives to the prizes stated will be provided.
