Across Hammersmith and Fulham there are many opportunities to get involved with our green spaces, learn how to live in a more sustainable way, and to take action for our climate. What the H&F Climate and Transport team are doing:

We’re taking urgent action to respond to the climate and ecological emergency. From cutting carbon emissions to restoring nature, we’re working with residents, businesses and partners to build a greener, fairer borough.

Responding to the emergency We declared a climate and ecological emergency in 2019 and are working towards a net zero borough by 2030 with clean air, safe streets, and thriving green spaces.

Delivering bold local action From green investment and energy masterplans to biodiversity initiatives like Tiny Forests and No Mow May, we’re transforming how we live and care for nature.

Empowering our community Join our network of businesses through the H&F Climate Alliance, become a community leads through the Climate Champions programme, or connect with projects and initiatives across the borough through our Climate Community Map.
